Digital Printing
Digital printing is composed of spraying little ink drops onto fabris with piezo technology. Digital printing had started to be used in 90’s. After 2005’s with the increase in the machine speeds it became much more popular than the rotation printing in small and short run productions.
In rotation printing, to wash off an used screen 700 liters of water is needed. If we clean a 12 colored used screen, we need 8400 liters of water. Comparing to rotation printed fabrics, digitally printed fabrics much more cleaner and more environmental.
