CUTTING

   Lectra program operators together with the designers, determine the most suitable placement of the pieces in the fabric, thus keeping wastage to a minumum and the fabric is ready to be cut.

   Before a style goes to production, shrinkage, ironing and fit test applied to the style and if they are all okey the fabric will be cut by operator with a minumum waste. After cutting, all pieces are numbered according to the fabric layer they belong to, and once again checked for faults. Pieces are sent to either the print house or embdroidery house, and once these pieces are received back they are checked yet again.
