KNITTING

   Megateks strongly believes that, in order to produce high quality products, you have to use high quality raw material. That's why we entered to knitting business in the past years. Choosing the right quality yarn is the first step in knitting. After getting the yarn, there is a basic procedure of checking the quality of the yarn by knitting sample fabric. After the approval, production starts and quality control checks carried out of every stage of knitting period. All essantial informations about the fabric is stored in computers.

   The monthly capacity of the knitting department is around 60-70 tons with 11 state of the art circular machines, 2 quality control machines, and 1 yarn tranfer machine. In the year 2004, Megateks invested in electronic garment length circular machine with transfer and striper, to produce higher quality tshirts and sweat shirts.

 

  • Our 6 color striper single jersey machine started to produce fabrics.(08/08)
